How long will my order take to arrive?

We use a mixture of Royal Mail and selected couriers for our deliveries. Your order usually is delivered 3-5 working days within the UK.

Delivery timeframes vary over the public holiday periods due to demand on postal/courier services. Please allow extra time for deliveries and customer service response from delivery providers.

How much is postage? 

We charge £4.99 for 2nd Class and £5.99 for 1st Class and offer free shipping on UK orders over £40.

How can I track my order? 

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. To track your order, simply click the link in the email you receive.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not offer international shipping.

What happens if I entered the wrong delivery information? 

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we’re unable to make any changes to the delivery details. Please double-check that your postcode is correct, and if you're located in an office building, include your company name to help ensure smooth delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details. We recommend signing up with Royal Mail to manage or redirect your delivery if needed.

If the address provided is incorrect, delivery may be delayed by up to 4 weeks. In most cases, Royal Mail will eventually return the package to us.

What happens if my package goes missing?

Please check the order confirmation email containing tracking information sent once the order is updated on our system.
Has this email been filtered into your spam email? This will enable you to track your delivery.

Has it been 5 working days since order placed?
Please contact us using the “Contact us” link below and we will endeavor to locate your delivery with the relevant courier/postal service.

What if you are unable to send an item I have ordered?

In the rare instance that we are unable to supply an item on your order, rather than delay dispatch we will send all other items and provide a refund for the value of the short supplied item. You will be notified of this via email and we will let you know the date that the item will be back in stock.

What is Sukin's return policy?

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at:  and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.

Sukin does not have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.

Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for (1) damaged in transport or (2) incorrect goods received. We advise this must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email.

After confirming claims when receiving the returned goods at our warehouse, we shall then promptly (a) re-supply the item(s) or (b) credit the relevant invoice appropriately. Importantly it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening.

Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply or credit if the goods are unopened & in their original condition.

How do I know if my order has been successful?

You should receive an order confirmation once you have placed and paid for your order. If for any reason the payment didn’t go through, we will send you an email to let you know and give you some easy payment options.

I have been sent an incorrect item/there is something missing?

If there is an issue with your order (incomplete or incorrect), please email the following information to:  as soon as possible, and will be guide you through the replacement process.

Manufacture Dates

At Sukin Australia, we take great pride in upholding the highest quality standards. Through our production processes and clear label information, every product is traceable, ensuring authenticity and confidence for our customers.

While our products do not have a best before date, they do carry a date of manufacture, formatted as either B020421A or 2F10.

We recommend that, once opened, products be used within six months for optimal results. If the product remains unopened, it can be used within three years from the date of manufacture
