We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind or something isn’t quite right, our returns policy is designed to be clear and straightforward, and it complies with UK consumer law.

Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the legal right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

Once you notify us of your cancellation, you then have a further 14 days to return the items.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of postage). Refunds will include the standard delivery charge you paid when placing your order.

Please note: if you chose a premium delivery option (e.g. next-day), we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.

How to Return an Item

Contact our customer service team at enquiries@sukinnaturals.co.uk to request a return.

Repackage the item securely, ideally in the original packaging.

Return the item to: Baythorne Hall, Baythorne End, Halstead, Essex, CO9 4AH.

Keep proof of postage, as refunds cannot be issued until items are received or proof is provided.

Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return postage costs.

Exclusions

Sealed items where the seal has been broken.

These exclusions are in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Faulty or Damaged Items (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

You have the right to request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

After 30 days, you may request a repair or replacement. If this is not possible, we will issue a refund.

Return postage for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by us.

Exchanges

At present, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order online.
