We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.
If you would like a refund or exchange on your online order, please be sure to email us within 7 working days of delivery. As long as products are returned in the same condition they were received (tamper seals remain in place and the goods are in a re-sellable condition), we will be happy to refund or exchange. We are unable to refund any postage costs incurred. Please email us and we will provide instructions on how to return your goods.
